EU/Russia have several active servers, some servers are so popular that players are placed to queue. I play only in these servers because of good ping. I heard that USA has also couple active servers but not as much as EU/Russia. And I have no clue about the other regions but most likely they do not have many active players. A lot of people have been asking the same question all over again: is multiplayer alive and well for Battlefield Bad Company 2 and Vietnam DLC.
